Guatemala: Antigua & Lake Atitlán Spanish Immersion

Join us for seven days and six nights in Guatemala—known for its colorful colonial towns, active volcanoes, rich Mayan traditions, and some of the best coffee in the world. It’s a place where things move at a more natural pace, making it easier to slow down, take it in, and connect with the language along the way.

Our journey begins in Antigua Guatemala, where we’ll spend three nights in a chic, independent four-star boutique hotel rooted in local heritage and community impact. Surrounded by colorful facades and volcano views, Antigua offers the perfect place to ease into the experience.

During our time here, we’ll explore at a relaxed pace:

• Antigua Walking Tour — historic landmarks and hidden corners
• Coffee Farm Experience — from bean to cup
• Pacaya Volcano Walk — a guided, flexible-paced walk (3.2 miles round trip, 2.5–4 hours total) through volcanic terrain, timed for sunset views, with optional horseback support available for added comfort

We then head to Lake Atitlán for three nights, staying in an intimate lakeside property with stunning views and a slower rhythm of life.
