Join us on Sat 01/29 @ 10 am PST via Zoom to learn about some of the most well-known cultural elements of Argentina and how immigration has influenced it.
On this occasion, José Valdivia, our friend from Peru who has lived in Buenos Aires for more than a decade and works as a tour and mountain guide, will share with us how the tango was born, when the gaucho appeared, and what the asado means for Argentinians.
Let’s kickstart 2022 and join us for the last virtual event of the year.
Our virtual experiences are in Spanish and last between 45 min – 1 hr. Everybody is encouraged to join, and the event is FREE for current students and open to anyone in the community for $20.
